We process data to provide and improve our platform, to perform contracts (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to comply with legal obligations (lit. c), and based on legitimate interests (lit. f), e.g., IT security, abuse prevention.
Master data (name, company, contact), usage data (logs, IP address, timestamps), billing data (plan, payment status), support data (content of your inquiries).
Data is stored preferably within the EU (e.g., Germany/Austria). Recipients may include processors (e.g., hosting, email, payment services). Data processing agreements exist with all processors.
If data is processed outside the EU/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses) and assess the level of protection.
We store personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations.
We implement technical and organizational measures (e.g., TLS 1.3, access controls, encryption at rest) to ensure an appropriate level of security.
Payments are processed via certified payment providers (e.g., Stripe). Payment data is primarily processed directly by the payment provider.
You have rights under Art. 15–22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
Where we process data based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.
